Indira
Gandhi Memorial Museum was the residence
of former Prime Minister of India Indira
Gandhi. This is where his own bodyguards
assassinated her on October 31, 1984. It
was subsequently converted into a museum
after his assassination. Indira Gandhi Memorial
Museum keeps his personal property very
well, and so they are rendered live by their
mere presentation. You can see the sari
she wore when she was murdered, a rare collection
of photographs of the nationalist movement,
the personal moments of the Nehru-Gandhi
family and his childhood photos with the
Mahatma.
The museum also contains
clothes burned to Indira Gandhi 's son Rajeev
Gandhi, he was wearing at the time of his
assassination. It was also a former prime
ministers of lndia. You can also see some
rare photographs clicked by him, representing
the happy times of his life. When you arrive
in the gardens outside the museum, you can
see where Indira Gandhi was assassinated
and actually decreased. Dried blood spots
can be seen enclosed in a glass at the same

the love of the head of the nation and compatriots.
